rear mount finish mower on an A

I am considering buying a rearmount finish mower for my Farmall Super A. It does not have a three point. My question is, would I be wiser to buy a three point attachment for the A, such as Worksaver sells, and hook up a three point mower that way? Or, might I do just as well, or better, to rework a rear mount mower with some longer arms that could reach the A's drawbar, turned towards the front like for the plow, and then use the existing rockshaft arms to lift. My sense of it is that this latter arrangement would put the fulcrum farther forward and make the mower easier for the tractor to lift. Am I right? Any advise from the experts? Thanks.
