What is the model number of your tractor? Makes big difference on advice. Also you mention TA, with those you don't just try a little more if first setting doesn't work. You get a manual and set clutch and TA to the letter. Those two must work in sequence with one and other. Close on adjustments with those TA equiped tractors is not good enough; exact is the phrase.
