Condensation is pretty normal, but your gas tank is plugged. look inside to see if it needs to be removed and flushed out... maybe you can just get by , by removing the sediment bowl assembly and clearing the hole, but my gues is you have lots of crud that needs to be cleaned out... I'd recommend removing the tank and flushing it out good,,, you might also put an inline filter on your gas line.
