It isn't the tractor - it's how you set it up. I'm sure you can't stall an H in low gear. My M won't stall. Lighten the tractor as much as you possibly can. Then add weight back to get it at the top of your class. When you add the weight back, start behind the axle. Move it forward as needed, depending on how light the front seems. Two other items to consider... tire pressure (I've found that less is better) and drawbar (higher and shorter is usually, but not always, best)... it's all in the setup. It's more an art than a science. Another consideration: Try a heavier class. Sometimes a tractor will (relatively speaking) pull better in a heavier class - if the weights are set correctly.
