Is it possible that you can read a part number on what is left of the bearing? Or maybe get a part number out of a book for this bearing? If this is possible, go to your nearest bearing store. Take the remnants of the old bearing with you as they may be able to get some helpful info from it also. Most bearing supply houses should be able to match this up with a replacement/suitable substitute bearing. Hope this will be of help for whatever it may be worth.
