It has been a really good Farmall day for me. I just got the engine back together on a Super M that my dad had bought new. The tractor had been stuck and an attempt was made to free the engine by using hydraulic pressure applied through the spark plug hole into the cylinder. This method caused a very bent rod. It had been over ten years since the tractor ran so it was a real joy to hear it start and run again. I will finish installing pieces and run it until spring before I paint the tractor which will allow me time to find where all the leaks are and fix them before the paint job. Thanks for all the help from everyone on the forum. Bob
