CD, Before anyone jumps on me, I'll tell everyone that we have 3 JD's, 3 Farmalls, 2 Fords, an AC, a Case, and now a Minnie Mo in our collection, and will "take in" any color tractor that is price worthy, some are show and pull ready, some are being done, and others waiting their turn. Now my point is this: We have had to go through every tractor we have done, although the manuals were highly useful, the help we received through ALL of the boards here was invaluable, and since, we have been able to pass some help on also. I have NEVER gotten a hard time from anyone on any board. I have however seen some real idiots going back and forth in these "color wars", and I don't think the JD board has any more of 'em than this board! That said, JD collectors can be an elitist arrogant bunch! I have been at shows where I was actually embarrassed to admit to owning a JD, and that has never happened while showing any of the other colored tractors! Pete Oh Yeah, I will say this for the JD guys on here; I have never seen one place an ad for a plain old A that has been painted and modified, and asked $11,500 like the guy with the M did.

How can I explain the sensation and exhilaration I feel when I turn the key and hear the engine come to life (most
