Now I am just confused. I have a 350U Wheatland and it seems that my TA works exactly backward to how you all describe. With the TA lever pulled toward me and locked, I am in low-speed. When I unlock the TA lever, it is away from me and I am in high-speed. One interesting limitation is that I cannot change gears while I am in high-speed position. I know this isn't a malfunction, because the manual warns that you cannot change gears in high-speed mode. Did they reverse things on the Utilities, so that you started out with high-torque and low-speed and then when you released the lever you went to low-torque and high speed?
