Just opened up a B that was given to me by a old family friend and found a mess. The biggest problem is a hairline crack that runs along the top of the block. It appears to have been made all at once, like some great weight was put on the tractor. It crosses one of the cylineders-disappears on one side of the sleeve and appears on the other- and continues along the right side of the block for about three inches. Wondering if a good coat of JB weld or running a nickel rod into the crack will fix it? Anybody got any ideas. Second is this. Anyone know of a source of rod bolts and the castle nuts, someone did a job on most of these- the "castles" are bent into the bolts so tightly they're breaking off. Thanks for any help- Will
