Yep ...... "bugs"! That is what they put on my scale ticket when I cleaned my bin out this summer. No dockage. When the gravity wagon unloaded into the pit grate they had a little electric sprayer misting an insecticide. Maybe malathion (spelled wrong). Easy to kill I think. Problem is you may not want to move the corn. Also you might not have a fan and drying floor. If you did have a fan and floor there might be a insecticide that can be "blown" into the corn ..... sort of like a vapor. Bugs are some kind of a beetle probably. Something like "meal bugs". They go after the soft starch in the middle. They can show up anywhere. I had a can of corn in the garage and they "hollowed out" a good share of the can. I also think there are chemicals you can pour on top which vaporize into the corn. Good luck ...
