I have made a simple bracket to use a hy jack to push them back on as heating the pulley sure wont do the seal any good. You could put it in an oven and heat it to around 160 deg then using a block of wood drive it back on. The 160 is around the temp on a hot day if the engine had ran for a few hours might want to pack the crankshaft end with ice and that would help a bunch.
