That pin is a real bear to find. If you have a small enough punch, you can drive it in towards the center of the hub and it will fall out. The pin is right next to where the angle of the fixed flange meets at the base and is at a 45 degree angle when you drive it out. The flange pressed on so hard (supect I had a burr and didn't see it) that I didn't even bother about reinstalling the pin. You will have to thoroughly wire brush that area in order to see the pin in the fixed flange.
