just a little off the tractor topic, but in the ball park. the worst i saw in real life was with a lady who was just taught to drive a forklift, i akin it to a tractor with front loader. she had a palate full of 55 gallon drums on the loader and was going down an incline so she could lift them up to a raised loading dock. as she went down, she lifted the load up to the dock level. you guessed it...wham! that thing pivoted on the front axle and slammed against the ground throwing all the barrels, which contained phosphorus cloride. the loader flipped back upright and luckily the barrels didnt explode. this inexperience and not thinking clearly about physics and common sense almost cost that lady and some of us some health problems.
