IH 2606 industrial (front end rear main seal)

I would like to ask a question about a 2606 IH if i may .im not good with computers an my wife hasent had time to do the email setup that is why i have none . i just purchased a 63 IH industrial 2606 with a IH 3000 loader .the rear main is leaking preaty bad it is coming out between the block and trans bellhousing. i have manuals coming but was curios to how hard this tractor is to split . and do i have to pull any thing off but the clutch and flywheel is the seal like a wheel seal or different .the front end end needs help to. the king pins or spindles have been welded in to turn with no bearings so the holes are oblong . are the spindles avalible and can i bring the tront end to a machine shop to have it sleaved to except a new spindle or bearings. i dont know what should be like because it was patched up.not a bad tractor for what i paid .any body else would probley just run it but its to good to leave all messed up thanks for any help Howard - salisbury mass
