F-20's are sleeved, and they are wet sleeves not dry. That simply means the sleeve itself is against the water in the block unlike dry sleeves wich the block has a wall they fit against. I believe the original diameter of piston was 3.75". My F-20 has 4" pistons and sleeves in it but I think they was part of an overhaul kit but not sure. The pistons were changed out by a previous owner and I am not sure what his sorce was for parts.
