Power of a farmall M

I know the farmall m is rated as a three bottom plow tractor but i have a use for subsoiler and when i went to buy one i found out they can be bought with one up to seven shanks.I have really hard clay,so hard i cannot get an implement to drop into it.this is why i am looking at subsoiler.What do you guys feel the M could pull through the ground at full depth?One two three shanks?
