Saw a Farmall 450 LP for sale on the side of the road on my way home after buying another tractor and thought about going back to check it out (I have tractor-itis, you know). What is the s/n designator on the frame plate for factory LP? Is there a similar designator on the head or block? It would be a good find if it was factory LP with the LP (high compression) head. The three or four seconds I saw of it as I passed looked to be factory, but I want to make sure it's not a conversion and the only way I'll be able to tell is through the s/n. Thanks for any info.
