Need information on early F-12

25 years ago when he and I had zippo interest in antique tractors a friend was given a very early F-12 with a Waukeshaw engine, it was in pretty decent original running condition, about 1/2 paint and you could still read most of the decals. It was on full steel with single front wheel. He sold it 20 years ago to a guy that wanted it REAL bad for a price he won't admitt today (cheap) Anyway we were talking about it tonight and we are both wondering just how rare is a Waukeshaw powered F-12 and what would be a ballpark worth today? Neither of us has seen another one but we don't go to the big red shows either. Thanks
