That's simple - the careless idiot in the operator's seat! Doesn't matter how "safe" something is designed or built, someone will wind up getting hurt on it - and then the lawyers get in on the fun. We have a saying at work - "build something idiot-proof and someone else will build a better idiot." That saying has yet to be proven wrong.

It was powered by either a high-compression gas engine or a distillate version with lower compression. Options included the Lift-All hydraulic system, a belt pulley, PTO, rubber tires, starter, lights and a swinging drawbar. It could be ordered in the high-crop, wide-front or tricycle configurations.
