Two row mounted corn pickers have to rank among the worst. In addition to the usual hazards associated with people getting their hands caught in the snapping rolls, you also had all those chains rolling around where you sat and you could put your fingers in them easily. The second worst hazard had to be any of the Ford 2N to 8N tractors and the Fergusons and MF35 tractors. These tractors would break your thumb easily if you didn't hang onto the steering wheel for dear life at all times. I know from personal experience that they were dangerous.
