I usually do not see name brand finish mowers go for what I would call fairly cheap at any auction. I just sold my 5' Woods that was about 15 years old for $600 on eBay. It had new blades and wheels on it. The deck ends needed some welding. You are correct going after a Woods unit. I beat mine for years and it still mowed better than the new off brand unit it was replaced by.
