Even the fill plug will blast you occaisionally if it is opened when it is hot. Loosen the plug and wait until it stops hissing. The best permanent solution is an add-on reservoir as was used with some loaders. It mounts on the instrument box and is connected to the touch control through the fill plug. It has a filler with a breather in it. The added capacity keeps the system cooler as well.
