Hand clutch question for Guy Fay

I know that a hand clutch was standard on the WR9 models, and was a factory option on the W4, W6, and W9 models. The hand clutch was available as a factory option on later model wheel tractors (standard or wheatland type depending on where you live) through the 66 series tractors.You stated the hand clutch was also available as a field conversion package for the W9. My question is, was a field conversion package also availabel for the W4 and W6 tractors to convert them from foot clutch to hand clutch?
