I don't think it was ever set up for LP, but then again anything's possible. The fittings where the hose and temp guage connect to the head are standard water pipe fittings and don't appear to be factory. Maybe the block is tapped (left side of block) at the factory and the non-LP models are plugged. Then whoever put the heater on it might have taken the plug out and added the fittings. Seems like someone else with a carb model would have reported the plug in the left side of the block under the carb area though.
