Mr. Fox is correct. The names were indeed used interchangeably overseas because of the anti-trust suit.In many old advertisements,if you look closely,you will see that some photos have been retouched to show different names,depending on which country they were used in. "International Harvester Photographic History",by Motorbooks International,explains this in detail,and is also an entertaining and useful book.
