I tightened the nut that far so I can still get the cotter pin through the hole and still get it to touch some of the slot in the nut. My tank isn't sliding back and forth but I can shake it because of the springs/ rubber pads. Should it be tighter? It was hard to tell with before with the origional pads because they sort of glued everything together . Thanks.
