I also had the same problem with my Farmall M.
The Gas running out the bottom is from an over flow of gas coming back into the carb when the engine stops. Either lack of fire or your float is stuck would be my best guess. First thing I would do check your float to make sure it isn't stuck or sticking as gas fills the bowl. This would cause your mixture to be way off b/c the level of fuel isn't what your tractor needs to run properly. Are you smelling a very rich gas smell before, during and after she fires? Secondly, I would check your wiring and make sure that you haven't some how got your tractor wired 180 degrees off. It's something easy to do when your trying to fix problems and it happens to us all. It's also cheaper than a new carb. After that, I would invest in a carb rebuild kit and then set your carb to the standard factory settings when you go to start it up again. Those settings are your best bet to at least get her running again even if it's only on three legs. Every tractor is different and has it's own personality but those standard settings will at least give you a ball park idea of where to start tuning. I wish I could give you the settings per needle/valve but I don't have them in front of me right now. If you would like, email me sometime and I will do my best to get them to you.
