This is not tractor help, but I am a computer weenie by trade so I can probably help you out with getting these files. Most new anti-virus packages and firewalls are blocking the receipt of files that could contain viruses. Have the person sending you the files change the name from name.exe (or name.jpg) to name.fil Your anti-virus will not block this type of file. Once you receive the file in your mail message, store it to your hard-drive and change the .fil extension back to whatever it was originally (usually .jpg for pictures). Voila, you can now click on it and open it. Let me know if this doesn't work.
