Rob, the motor you mentioned is used in the B414 and also the Australian built A414. The glowplugs are wired up the same in both tractors as were the glowplugs in all the Australian IH diesels that used this system. Power comes from the glowplug switch to g,plug indicator and then on to the 4 g,plugs. It goes through the g,plugs in series and then to earth on the motor. As such each plug only gets 1/4 of the power. Hope this helps some, and sorry I can't Email the wiring diagram as my scanner is out to lunch. Regards, Redfan.
