moving the snow faster. it would take a long time,
especially if the snow is deep, and would take
forever if it was wet and packed up in the
discharge chute.

Just a note: I bought an Ariens snowblower in 1979
and it's still going, alto' I don't own it any
longer. As I recall you could adjust little skids
under the auger to hold it up off the gravel a
bit?.
