Steven not bad ideas ya have coming, I never thought about putting in an 806 engine in a truck before, might be kinda neat. We had an 806 we bought for a song at an auction, I dont know but just guessing i bet our 806 has well over 12 or 13000 hrs on it. My uncle has it now and uses it every day to pull the feed wagon. It never fails to start on those cold winter days either. I wonder how hard it would be to put an auto tranny in a M or SM at that? Im a Ford fan my self so i would have to put in a 460, or maybe for fuel economy(yeah right!) I would slap in a 351 or a 302...And then put a C-6 behind that! Yeah I can see it now....Better let yall go prolly sick of hearing me rattle on any how. TTYL! John
