I just rebuilt my H last winter, all new parts in the engine. New temp gauge and new thermostat. All summer it ran towards the top of COLD. I pulled the snot out of it one day with a 12 foot chisel plow and finally got it into the bottom 1/3 of the RUN zone. Now in the winter it only runs up 1/2 way into COLD.

I wouldn't worry. Your new radiator is just doing a nice job of cooling.
