Gettin it off is easy...knife.. Getting is back on is a little different.. I don't remember if the 300 is like the H and M or not. I used to have a Farmall 300. If it is like the H, then you have a two piece pulley... loosen the setscrew and unscrew the front half of the pulley to allow you to slip belt over, then screw it back in... You have to retighten after ten or so hours of operation.. but Like I say, I'm not sure the 300 is like the H & M..
