Farmall Cub Questions

Hi Guys. I have a 1954 Cub that I am currently restoring. I would like to know what type of decals were originally on the hood. Was it McCormick Deering Farmall, McCormick Farmall, Farmall Cub, Or did it have a hard chrome Farmall Cub emblem on it. I have seen pictures with all different types of decals. Also, I ran across a page that said it should have an undermount exhaust. Does that mean that the exhaust should run under the tractor to the rear. Mine goes up through the hood. Is the web page mis-informed or did somebody before me revise it. Any information you could provide me would be very helpful. Thanks alot.
