Mike, The only drawings I've seen on the web are at www.worksaver.com You might be able to back in to the sizes for making one by using their parts list and buying various parts from tractor supply or whatever store. The best, certainly the most expensive, are from Saginaw county tractor. http://www.saginawcountytractor.com You can sometimes find used ones for sale in the classifieds on this site. good luck with the project.
