Sean - You don't have to worry about overloading the motor on your 350. The motor will simply bog down if it is overloaded. Providing the cooling system is in good shape, it won't harm the motor or transmission to run continuously 100% capacity. Your concern rather should be safety. Depending on your hitch setup, front end weight and rear tire traction, a heavy drawbar load may make it possible to lift the front end and flip the tractor. This is especially true if there are hidden obstacles (large boulders, tree trunks, etc.) that could cause the cultivator to suddenly hang up. Even in low gear a back flip happens FAST - takes just a little over 1/4 turn of the rear axles to put the tractor on it's back. Be careful!!
