Put a pressure checker on radiator after you have the pan removed and you may be able to see where the coolant is coming from. Was your block checked for cracks? Just an idea, Good Luck Those sleeves are dry meaning no o-rings. You also mentioned the coolant had mixed with the oil. Coolant and oil will NOT mix. Oil will float on top of coolant. When you pulled plug did coolant run out then oil ?
