If the bid on ebay surpassed $ 400, I would amend the post and say it is no longer available. Pretty simple answer...... If after that you called and say I want it, I would say it is on ebay and the bid is up to $ xxx and I will have to honor the high bid, whatever that might be. Happens all the time... No different than me offering to sell it to you on Friday and you not committing and me taking it to a sale on Saturday and getting a bid $ 100 higher than the price I offered it to you for. Basically, you should have bought it when you had the chance, so you would be SOL. That's the way it goes. Discussion forum or no forum!
