Stock horse power for '37 F-20

I hope this dosen't seem like a silly question, but could someone tell me how much horse an average stock F-20 should have? I always thought it was about the same as our M, but after pulling trees today I think it must be more. The F-20 is on steel with lugs, maybe that was the real difference. What do you guys think?
