As I understand this you are not allowed to use your fast hitch for pulling. This is why I could never warm up to tractor pulling. On the farm if one tractor had an attachment that gave it an advantage over another we used it, should be the same for pulling I remember when modern day pulling came to my hometown. I had the only 1066 in area and there was a 125hp Deere. Those were the only two tractors around the area over 100 hp in the mid 70s. We were both presured to put these tractors in pull, primarily by respective dealers. They wanted so many items changed to suit pulling rules, we both told them to get lost. We were both working our tractors every day and would have taken two days to get ready.
