I believe there is a bushing and seal in where the speed change shaft goes into the governor. You should be able to get the bushings, etc. from an IH dealer. Also, I have some NOS governor parts that may fit. I need to know the part numbers you need. Send me an E mail if you are interested. If you don't have a parts catalog, you need to get one so you can determine the part numbers. Also, you can get a reprint of the A service manual. It has some very good info on the governor.
