The hydraulic belly mounted pump should develop about 750 to 800 psi. That is enough for the Saginaw 3 point hitch. The early pumps only put out about 400 psi, but most have been updated. Most of these old tractors have not lost much performance. Most of them will still put out at least factory standard power, many will do more, since if ever overhauled, they were upgraded. If your engine has 73 psi oil pressure, things are likely in good shape.
