Farmall H timing

Thanks for all help, let me try again. I just overhauled this engine and it does not run as smooth as I think it should. I checked the carb (new needle and seat)what do I need to investigate next? By the way I'm not a professional mechanic so explain it carefully. I have put a bunch of time and $$ into this and want it right. Needless to say, this tractor will not be for sale, at any price. Thanks Guy's
