my brother in law achieved a mast and cylinder from a forklift. He drilled two hole for cat 2 pins and welded a channel to the center part of the mast. worked well, but remember you need a bunch of weight on the front to counter balance the weight of the lift plus what you are lifting. No actual plans, not know about the M, but you can make anything work.
