Yes a mag can be reversed. You will need to find the complete impulse for it though. Mag member you need is stamped L7 drive member is stamped L These will give you the proper advance of 35 degrees for W9. The mounting flange can normally be modified by relocating the pin to the other side. You may need a letter R drill to do this. The point cam also needs to be turned opposite. Late mags are easier to turn point cam because they are not keyed. This is fresh on my mind because I am just completing the same thing. I just got hold of a I9 that mag was missing. I don't know where all these mags have gone but there must be some other folks that are confused about the opposite situation. Chuck
