OTC - And it is NOT cheap! And they are not specific to IH. Truck diesel still use them today. If you've never used one before be very careful. You can crack your block if you have the wrong sleeve adapter on the end of the puller. Be VERY VERY VERY CAREFUL! You will get awful upset if you crack the block. DO NOT ALLOW THE SLEEVE ADAPTER TO BE BIGGER THAN THE SLEEVE. Most of your Tractor dealers have a sleeve puller. Some will let you borrow it - some wil do it for a small nominal fee. You can always take a wooden dowel and try to get them to move before borrowing or paying someone to do it for you. Truthfully it is almost easier (if the block is out of the tractor) to take it to the local machine shop and let them put it in their press. Tony630
