Have you tried sealing them with some type of expoy to get it tight enough for a sealant of some type to work? Good luck-and be careful who you take it to. I took a radiator from my JD LI to have a couple of the leaking tubes sealed off so that they wouldn't leak and the shop ruined the core. I found another shop that was able to remove my tanks and sweat in a new core. Pricey-but it worked.
