I agree with Ken T. that it would be a good idea to get a manual. Because of the job I have at present, don't do much tractor or farm equipment maintenance and haven't in many years. May I make a few "SAFETY" suggestions. Be sure to use adequate structure to support the front and back parts of the tractor once it is split. Don't forget to block the front end between the axle and the frame. We used 2x4's and drove them between the axle and the frame to keep it from doin' the watootsy when the front was separated from the back. There are splitting stands that can be bought, but the shop made ones will work just as well provided they are supported. Remember to slide the pressure plate and clutch onto the pilot shaft and put the tractor together then bolt the pressure plate to the flywheel.
