I just went out and looked at my H PTO as I have it off the tractor while I am working on the tractor rear end. That flat arm is connected to a shaft that in turn is connected to a shifting fork. To remove that piece you will need to pull the PTO and take a nut off of the inside of the shifter assembly. At least the PTO removes easily and then you can then make the repair. I think most salvage yards would have one of those pieces around somewhere. Hope this helps, Bob
