If you have access to a press, itz a pretty straight fwd job. Just find something that will fit into the valve guide without being too big to go all the way through the hole in the head and PRESS them out and the new ones back in. Thats how a machine shop did my first head and charged me a small fortune. They made a small mistake........they let me watch. Now i do my own for free. Aword of advice, freeze thenew guides for about an hour prior to installing them , makes the job lotz easier !!!
